These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GramifyLearn (the “Service”), available at www.gramify-learn.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

GramifyLearn provides free English grammar lessons and interactive quizzes for educational purposes. The content is intended to help learners understand, practise and consolidate English grammar at CEFR levels A1 to B2. It is not a substitute for personalised tuition, exam preparation services or academic certification.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service for lawful, educational purposes only. You agree NOT to:

• copy, scrape, redistribute or republish lesson content without written permission;
• attempt to disrupt the operation of the Service through automated requests, denial-of-service attacks or any form of intrusion;
• misrepresent the Service’s content as your own (for example, by passing lessons off as your own coursework);
• use the Service to develop a competing product that simply re-hosts our material.

3. Intellectual Property

All lessons, quizzes, explanations, illustrations and branding on GramifyLearn are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may quote short excerpts (no more than two sentences) for personal study or non-commercial classroom use, provided you include a clear attribution and a link back to the source page. All other use requires prior written permission.

4. Accuracy of Content

We work hard to keep lessons accurate, up to date and pedagogically sound. However, language teaching involves judgement calls and the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that every example, exception or edge case will match your specific exam syllabus or regional dialect. If you spot an error, please tell us — we appreciate it.

5. Third-Party Content and Advertising

The Service may display advertising provided by third parties such as Google AdSense, and may link to external resources such as dictionaries, Wikipedia articles or examination boards. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of those third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Local Storage and Progress

Your progress data is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. We are not responsible for progress data lost when you clear your browser, switch devices or use private-browsing modes. We recommend clearing progress only when you actually want to reset it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GramifyLearn and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of progress data, missed study time, examination outcomes or third-party actions.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control (hosting outages, network failures, force majeure). We aim to restore service promptly but make no specific uptime commitments.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service changes or when applicable law requires it. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
